POLITICA DE PRIVACIDAD Y PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES

Así como el ejercicio de los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición garantizados por la legislación vigente.
Carpyen S.L. declara que cumple la normativa vigente respecto a la protección de datos, en particular la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal. Si el cliente no está de acuerdo con esta Política, le rogamos que se abstenga de utilizar este sitio web y de facilitar sus datos personales a Carpyen S.L.
Carpyen S.L., por ley, puede ser obligado a revelar los detalles del cliente ante ciertas autoridades o terceros, tales como los tribunales de justicia y los órganos judiciales y, en caso necesario, a los servicios de seguridad y policiales de los países en los que operamos o terceros que actúen en nuestro nombre. También podremos divulgar y utilizar los datos personales de acuerdo con la legislación vigente con el fin de defender los intereses legítimos de Carpyen S.L., por ejemplo, en los procedimientos civiles o penales.

PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Los contenidos suministrados por Carpyen S.L. están sujetos a los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial y son titularidad exclusiva de Carpyen S.L. Mediante la adquisición de un producto o servicio, Carpyen S.L. no confiere al adquirente ningún derecho de alteración, explotación, reproducción, distribución o comunicación pública sobre el mismo, reservándose Carpyen S.L. todos estos derechos.
La cesión de los citados derechos precisará el previo consentimiento por escrito por parte de Carpyen S.L. El cliente no podrá poner a disposición de terceras personas dichos contenidos.
La propiedad intelectual se extiende, además del contenido incluido en Carpyen S.L. y su sitio web www.carpyen.com y sus materiales promocionales, gráficos, logotipos, diseños, imágenes y código fuente utilizado para su programación, etc...
Uso del sitio web: Carpyen S.L. no será responsable en ningún caso por los errores o daños producidos por el uso ineficiente y de mala fe del servicio por parte del Usuario. Tampoco será responsable Carpyen S.L. de las consecuencias mayores o menores por la falta de comunicación entre Carpyen S.L. y el Usuario cuando sea imputable al no funcionamiento del correo electrónico facilitado o a la falsedad de los datos proporcionados por el usuario en su registro de usuario en www.carpyen.com
OBLIGACIONES DE LOS CLIENTES Y USUARIOS
El usuario se compromete a cumplir lo general estos términos y condiciones generales, así como para cumplir con las recomendaciones especiales e instrucciones de uso contenidas en las mismas o en la página web, en todo momento, actuando de conformidad con la ley, las buenas costumbres y la buena voluntad, la aplicación de la debida diligencia y absteniéndose de utilizar el sitio web, en cualquier forma que pueda impedir, dañar o deteriorar el normal funcionamiento del mismo orden, los bienes y derechos de Carpyen S.L., sus proveedores, usuarios o, en general quedan por terceros.

NULIDAD DE LAS CLAUSULAS
Si cualquier cláusula incluida en estas Condiciones Generales fuese declarada, total o parcialmente, nula o ineficaz, tal nulidad o ineficacia afectará tan sólo a dicha disposición o a la parte de la misma que resulte nula o ineficaz, subsistiendo las Condiciones Generales en todo lo demás, teniéndose tal disposición, o la parte de la misma que resultase afectada, por no puesta.
NOTIFICACIONES
Todas las notificaciones, requerimientos, peticiones y otras comunicaciones que hayan de efectuarse por las partes en relación con las presentes Condiciones Generales, deberán realizarse por escrito y se entenderá que han sido debidamente realizadas cuando hayan sido entregadas en mano o bien remitidas por correo ordinario al domicilio de la otra parte o al correo electrónico de ésta, o bien a cualquier otro domicilio o correo electrónico que a estos efectos cada parte pueda indicar a la otra.
LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN

Estos términos y condiciones se interpretarán de conformidad con la legislación vigente en España en este sentido, que se aplicará a cualquier asunto no previsto en el mismo.
El acuerdo se entenderá celebrado en Barcelona (España), que deberá determinar la jurisdicción aplicable en caso de cualquier controversia que pudiera derivarse del mismo.

The customer may not provide any part of the content to third parties.
CARPYEN S.L. intellectual property covers everything from web content to graphics, logos, web design, images and program code used for programming.
Website usage: CARPYEN S.L., will in no case be held responsible for any errors or damage produced as a result of customer misuse. Nor will they be responsible for any major or minor consequences of lack of communication between CARPYEN S.L., and the customer as a result of incorrect e-mail address or false information provided by the customer during their user registration.
OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS
The user generally undertakes to fulfil these general terms and conditions, as well as to fulfil the special recommendations and instructions of use contained therein or in the website, at all times acting in accordance with the law, good custom and good will, applying due diligence and refraining from using the website in any way that may prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal working order thereof, the goods and rights of CARPYEN S.L., its suppliers, remaining users or generally any third party.

All notices, petitions, demands and any other correspondence between CARPYEN S.L., and the customer in relation to these Terms and Conditions, must be carried out in writing and will be considered duly completed when delivered by ordinary post or e-mail to the address provided by the part concerned or to any other postal address or e-mail address as indicated by the parts concerned.
LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
General
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain in this regard, to be applied to any matter not foreseen therein.
The agreement is understood to be entered into in Barcelona (Spain), which shall determine the applicable jurisdiction in the event of any controversy that may arise therefrom.
